Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Repeat the same process for the milk chocolate and white chocolate in separate bowls.
  4. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into each chocolate mixture.
  5. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the dark chocolate mixture first, spreading it evenly.
  6. Allow it to set slightly, then layer the milk chocolate on top, followed by the white chocolate.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve during holiday gatherings.
