A delightful and festive bread filled with dried fruits and warm spices, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (like cranberries, raisins, or apricots)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, salt, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  2. Heat milk and water in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
